My boyfriend and I went to find matching suits, Wow on an experience well unexpected, great services, welcoming unjudged bias. We don't normally wear this attire but we were going to a Graduation on short notice:Googled men and women attire wear and found Raggs, his knowledgeable experience second to none were by just looking at you, he knows already what to pick out for you; plus bring you out of your comfort zone and have a outfit you never dreamed of. The experience was amazing and the professionalism of his career was a person who took his career to his high standards. We walked out satisfied and in complete comfort with our outfit from no other then the owner himself ; RAGGS MEN AND WOMEN WEAR!!! SHOUT OUT, Janet & Carlos!! 💙💚💜

If you’re looking for something unique, need to alter your wardrobe or need a knowledgeable fashion consultant with the latest trends in men’s wear - Raggs is the place to go. I have been shopping at Raggs since 1996 and until this day, I always leave the store with something. Wonderful customer service and a great selection of men’s clothing. I would recommend stopping by this store and supporting this local business.

Amazing customer service! I procrastinated on figuring out a suit for an event, and before I knew it, it was the day of and I didn't have a single suit that fit me. I went down to Raggs and had a suit ready to go, back from the tailor, in a couple hours. Not only that, but it's now my favorite suit and I look and feel great in it!

I moved to the New Haven area in 2015 and was in search of a new tailor. I found the Theory brand at Raggs and have been buying from Tom Maloney (owner) ever since. He is personable, very knowledgeable about the industry, keeps a close tab on what is in fashion, and makes sure the selection in his store reflects current trends. Over the years I have gone in to see him and seek advice on what to wear for work, formals, and other special occasions and he has always delivered and been pleasant to work with. Tom is passionate about his trade and is a real asset to have in New Haven. I highly recommend Raggs and hope other people will stop in and support this excellent small business owner/operator.

The folks at Raggs are by far the most professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable experts in garments and fashion I have ever encountered. I am young professional that is relatively clueless on men's business professional wear and was also on a relatively limited budget. Every suit I have left Ragg's with has been expertly and timely tailored, and the input of the staff has been invaluable. Tom and his staff have curated an exceptional selection of both men's and women's clothes ranging from casual weekend wear to top-tier suits. Whether you're a New Haven local or visiting alum, if you're in the market for fine clothes with phenomenal service, I'd strongly recommend Raggs.

Absolutely fantastic service, helped purchase and tailor a suit that I needed the NEXT day. Paul, an employee was willing to come early on a weekend to accommodate my last minute schedule. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone in New Haven.
